Mostly of the time we miss breakfast because any reason.

We have no so much time, or because we want to loose weight.

Well, that is turning in a bad habit, why? Because lately scientists studies showed that breakfast is one of the most important meals in the say.

They have they reasons for say that. After long years of investigation they got the conclusion that our body needs, after 8 hours of sleep, those nutrients that are going to give the body the necessarily energy for begin a need day.

But we need a good breakfast. Doctors recommended a good breakfast rich in fiber.

If you don`t give the enough food, body stops to burn grease, and that means that you are going to start winning weight. And that is another reason for you not to miss this meal.

What makes a healthy breakfast?

Fiber: This must be one of the most important elements in breakfast. A bowl of cereal, cookies or whole-grain bread is going to support your hungry until lunch and make your colon works better.

Dairy products: 1 glass of yogurt, 1 cup of milk, or a low calorie cheese ration.

Eggs: 1 or 2 eggs in breakfast is going to give you an additional energy at mornings.

Fruits: An Apple, banana, orange or 3 little cherries. Or another choice are fruit juices, this is going to make u feel an empty sensation.
